William Huertas holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Before joining IRDA in 2017, he worked for a number of greenhouse operations. William mainly works in the field of hydrology, and is in charge of hydrometric monitoring, the installation of measurement devices, and data processing.
