Stéphanie Houde (agr.) holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy (crop production) and a master’s degree in plant biology from Université Laval. Her research interests are focused, in particular, on the development and ecology of roots systems in perennial forage crops. Previously she worked as a research assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada with the forage ecophysiology team and the soil and the environment team. In 2019 she joined IRDA as a research assistant, where she is involved in the project to revise Québec’s fertilizer reference charts.
