Two new resources within the IRDA administration

On September 1, 2020, a new Communications Manager arrived at IRDA: Ms. Brigitte Guay.

With a vast knowledge regarding the agri-food sector, having worked for more than fifteen years at Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA), especially in communication and media management, she subsequently founded her own company with many contracts in this sector (cereals, fertilizers, animal nutrition, etc.). Also, Ms. Guay have worked as head desk and as a journalist at Radio-Canada. 

IRDA will benefit from her vast skills and experience in order to position itself as a key player in the agri-environment sector in Quebec.

Arrived on September 29, 2020, IRDA is also pleased to welcome Ms. Shirley Moore as Controller (Accounting Manager). 

Holding a master's degree in administration and accounting from the Université de Sherbrooke, Ms. Moore, CPA, began her career in teaching, while accumulating many years as a business owner. Over the past five years, her career has been enriched by experiences as Administration and Finance Director, particularly at APN GLOBAL. 

Ms. Moore's dynamism and her management expertise are undeniable assets for IRDA, which will benefit from it in order to constantly improve its processes and ensure rigorous control of its finances. Also, she will be in charge, as a priority, to implement an integrated management solution (ERP), mainly oriented in project management.
